Visual : Wine with a pink and bright colour.
Olfactory : Fruity and voluptuous wine, with lime, strawberry and ripe pink grapefruit flavours . A touch of candy.
Gustative : Intense fruity mouth with the same aroma pattern as the nose. A fresh and light wine, perfect in the summer.
The bottle can be used as a carafe.
Grape varieties : 65 % Grenache - 35 % Syrah
Early morning harvest. Immediate grape pressing before cold macerating partly on sediment. Filtration of the sediment at the end of macerating, and alcoholic fermentation at low temperatures (17°).
